/ About the project
Client brief To devise an engaging creative wrapper that could act as a visual ident for the 2024 Colour of the Year campaign and unify a suite of different assets – print and digital. [The wrapper had to encapsulate the overarching theme of the campaign: ‘A place where you belong’ and be rooted in the paint category.]
Our response We commissioned artist Caroline Pedler to create a mini town – using a collage of illustrations painted in the 2024 Dulux colours. Once animated, this appealing sequence drew the viewer in and enabled us to reveal the Colour of the Year in a creative and engaging way.
The wrapper ticked all the boxes for the client and was used to launch the campaign globally across 85 markets.
